easyapache 4

Currently, Ruby 2.7 is the supported version for installation through EasyApache 4. But this version is way past its end-of-life date. When can we expect to have the 3.2 version in EA4? While we wait, is there another way to install it manually so that cPanel and Phusion Manager accept it?
