I've added two addon domains to my account and after I add them, in the AWstats doesn't have the domain in it's log at all. The first addon domain I added the previous owner of the hosting company I go through managed to fix it and it showed up. But now it seems that those logs aren't updating at all. I don't even get the option to update it anymore. I added the second domain to my addon domains a few days ago, and the main domain will not show up in the awstats either, but all of the subdomains I've made for it do. The owner of the hosting company I go through has since changed, and he has absolutely no clue how to fix this. :/ Is there someone who knows how to so I can relay it to him so my awstats will function properly?

When stats are not being generated for all domains, the first thing I look at is WHM -> Server Configuration -> Statistics Software Configuration. I check that screen to make sure it says "The server currently is able to keep up with your statistics processing schedule." If it doesn't say that, then your hosting company needs to change the "Log Processing Frequency" (on that same screen) to a longer period of time. The default is 24 hours, perhaps it needs to be changed to 48 hours or 72 hours depending on how much traffic that server is receiving.
