awstats and webalizer stopped on one domain

Hello,

My client has reported that neither stats programs have run since March 17th on her domain. I tried the usual commands:

/scripts/runlogsnow

/scripts/runweblogs username

But to no avail. I am wondering what I should try now. I think it odd that it is both programs that have stopped instead of just one.


If I try

/scripts/fixwebalizer username

will that cause her to lose all her stats up to this point? Or do you think it will repair her issue?

how is the load on the server? I've had high traffic sites have stats issues because the load was too high, and the stats would stop running....
