Awstats doesn't update for some users

I've two accounts in a cPanel webserver that has been migrated from another cPanel webserver, that the stats keeps outdated (Jun-17).

I've tried to do an /scripts/runweblogs for the user, but the script never ends, and it never gets updated. On statistic software configuration it says that all my accounts are up to date, but this 2 accounts haven't been updated since then.

Is there anything that I should look into ?

The access-logs seems to be ok since their last update was today, the account has 100mb free space and the tmp folder is there with the other txt files (from 2007 to Jun-17-2008).

I'm really out of ideas...

Hello,

Check the type of the domlog created by Apache in the domains VirtualHost [should be combined - anyway this depends how's set your awstats.conf on taht domain], try again, or edit awstats conf to be able to make the update manually from cPanel and see detailed result/error.

I've detected that the access-log is not like usual it just says "combined combined combined".. once per line.. could it be that the apache log daemon is wrong ?

bump, I know where's the error (see the post before this) but I don't know how to solve it or what is causing it. Do you recommend me to do anything? Like.. rebuild apache, rebuild httpd... anybody had this issue before ?

Hello, it's not necessary to rebuild Apache, you should check as i said in the domains VirtualHost, to have smthg like:

CustomLog /usr/local/apache/domlogs/domain.com combined

Than in your tmp/awstats/domain.com.awstats.conf:

LogFormat=1

You can also turn on:

AllowToUpdateStatsFromBrowser=1

And check awstats.

This is the content of the VirtualHost on httpd.conf

CustomLog /usr/local/apache/domlogs/jewishgenealogy.com.ar combined
CustomLog /usr/local/apache/domlogs/jewishgenealogy.com.ar-bytes_log "%{%s}t %I .\n%{%s}t %O ."

The awstats.conf from the domain already contains:

LogFormat=1

I've added the option to update via web, and deleted all the "combined" from the domlog, but if I visit multiple times the site and update the stats nothing changes, also the domlogs remain empty, so, there must be something wrong with the log creations.
