Three questions for you all, I thank you for any replies.

Question 1
I heard over on another forum that awstats is better then webalizer and uses less resource.

I was wondering if anyone here can confirm this.

I was thinking about not offering default log stats but if awstats uses quit a bit less in resource we would just switch to that.

Webalizer in my opinion uses way to much on our shared servers when we get above 100 domains.

Question2
How do you change your main ftp account passwords or can you?

Question3
Is there a script or is there cpanel option coming in the future to alert if a user sends too many emails within a allotted time. So we don't have to find out about Spam hours in to it. Or even better a cap only allowing so many emails from one domain per hour. Or even a stats page on the WHM showing how many emails a account sends per week. So you can check them once a week to see if anyone is mass mailing.

Thanks again everyone have a good day,

Charles

Thanks,

Charles

I heard that awstats is very intensive.

I may be wrong, and I'd also like to see other people's opinions

I saw AWSTATS on one site, and it looks very nice, but I wouldn't use it *if* it was more intensive than Webalizer.

I'm also curious as to why it is disabled as default in WHM, only recently with the addition of the &tweak settings& option have I actually known how to enable it :p

Also, is it possible to enable it for certain accounts and not others?

*bumpity bump*

I'm more interested in the question about activating AWSTATS for only certain accounts.

Thanks
