So, if BoxTrapper Automatic Whitelisting is checked and I send an email from Webmail the recipients address is automatically whitelisted. As designed. If I use Outlook confgiured with POP3 and send an email the recipients address is also automatically whitelisted in BoxTrapper. But, if I use Outlook connected with IMAP and send an email the recipients address is not automatically whitelisted. Is this as designed or an issue?

Hey there! I *think* you've exceeded your daily BoxTrapper threads :D

This sounds like an issue - let me do some testing and I'll get back with you with more details.
Ok thanks. And, LOL. Ya, we are preparing for a major rollout/migration so I'm testing features and putting together documentation for our customers etc... So I'm coming up with questions and finding potential issues etc... Want to get real familiar with the system and make sure this rollout goes smoothly for our customers etc.. Thank you for your help.

I just tested this and wasn't able to confirm this behavior. Webmail, POP, and IMAP were all had the sender address added to the whitelist just how I would expect.
Thank you for testing. I did another test this morning connecting Outlook with IMAP and it worked! Not sure why it didn't work yesterday although I was having some strange configuration issues with Outlook & IMAP. (I was using Outlook via a Windows Citrix session). Setup today went without a hitch. So, I guess that was just a strange anomaly but things are working as expected now. Good to know this works. Cheers.
