cpanel service certificate

I have a brand new server thats been recently licensed.

its not generating the cpanel default service certificates. If I try and force them to generate with
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkallsslcerts --verbose --allow-retry

it fails with
[WARN] The system failed to acquire a signed certificate from the cPanel Store because of the following error: The system failed to acquire a signed certificate from the cPanel Store. ({"domain_details":null,"status":"revoked","status_details":null,"status_message":"Stale CSR"})

I'm not sure what the issue is from that error?

fixed
as per Failed update of services SSL certificates.

there was a stale CSR - from when it was in trial mode?
anyway gone now & certs generated.
