Email connection issues

Hi,
We moved a bunch of accounts to another server (new). Now we're having an issue with every user using an email client pc or mobile connecting to email. Pop and imap will not connect at all. All services are running, csf disabled, ports are open in iptables, cPhulk everything is dropped. Webmail works fine. Any ideas would be great.

Hey there! If it's multiple clients and locations, it has to be *something* on the server side or network. From one of the machines experiencing the issue, can you do a telnet test to one of the mail ports on the system? I would expect all of these commands to work well and provide a connection result:

telnet x.x.x.x 465
telnet x.x.x.x 143

where "x.x.x.x" is the IP address of your server. Since the mail service listens on all IPs, this test wouldn't be specific to a domain.
