Enabling bandwidth notifications causes exceeders to be suspended on 11.28

I've just learned (the hard way) that on cPanel 11.28 you can't send bandwidth notifications unless you also want to automatically suspend bandwidth exceeders.

If you disable "Bandwidth limit check" under "Tweak Settings" in order to not suspend bandwidth exceeders, it greys out all of the notification options so no one gets bandwidth usage notifications.

Is there a way around this?

In previous versions these two actions were controlled separately, which is something I've relied on for many years.

I would like this option as well. Seems silly not to notify them even though you aren't cutting them off.
