I found When Enable KAM Apache SpamAssassin™ ruleset is enabled a customer cannot send emails using phpList script.

The subject or message itself is not spammy looking at all, but the footer does include the default text by phpList

<p>You are receiving this newsletter because you either subscribed for it or we think it might interest you. If this is not the case, please use the unsubscribe option.<br/>
You can <a href="[UNSUBSCRIBEURL]">opt-out completely here</a> from all future mailings.</p>
</div>

Any idea how I can check why this happens?

Hello @HostXNow_Chris,

Can you share the transaction activity for the affected email from /var/log/exim_mainlog? To find this information, run the following command:

Code:
exigrep $MSGID /var/log/exim_mainlog
Replace $MSGID with the message ID of the affected message. You can find this in the message's header. You could also enter the message subject instead of the message ID.

Thank you.
