Hey @CFF volly , I would recommend opening a ticket with our team so they can take a closer look into the issue with server access. Or, if you don't have root access to the server, you can open a ticket with your Hosting Provider so they can assist you with recovering the email.

Greetings: I am in no way a techie, but a business owner who built his site on Joomla and uses Hostgator; my situation is Hostgator switch my site to a cPanel 110.12 version, and I lost access to having a calendar which I can sync with my native computer mail apps (Apple Mail and BusyCal); it took me over 2 months chatting with Hostgator to find out what the problem was (again, I am not a techie), and all Hostgator tells me is to "wait" and see if cPanel adds the calendar/contact back in.

I am hoping someone can give me any guidance on what I can do; the Roundcube calendar is "read" only, so it doesn't sync with my Apple Mail; Apple tells me to make sure I can get access to a "CalDAV Server" info.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

@timpennington - the server admin would need to install the tools in order for you to use them, but it seems like they have not done that. Because you are on a shared server, they may not want the application on there. Thank you; I suspected that HostGator was not adding it, and yet they keep telling me the issue is with cPanel. It's frustrating because calendar is a central function of my business operations. Thank you for your quick response. I truly just wanted to know whom to ask and then keep asking them. Appreciate the quick response.
