Hey there! It looks like you only have cPanel access, so your options are limited. The best thing I can recommend would be to use the cPanel >> Backup Wizard tool to download a backup to your local system every so often, as there aren't automated backups you can set up as the cPanel user.
It's possible your hosting provider is also taking an automated backup of the account or entire server on their end, but it is still good to make your own copy.
