I tried to install some software and facing this issue. Softaculous is one of those. but ionCube Loader is already installed on my system.

Log into WHM. Choose Tweak Settings. Search for "cPanel PHP Loader". Make sure that ioncube is checked. Save.

i have reinstalled all,, and now it's fixed. it was a new fresh server.
