Limit on number of files in Cpanel

There is a need for one of my accounts to increase the number of files to 300k

CPanel has a limit of 250,000 files.

Please tell me where I can upgrade my account and increase the limit? And is it possible to increase it at all?

I didn't find this function in WHM.

File (inode) limits is not part of Cpanel functionality. You are likely on a CloudLinux based system, where the limits are managed under WHM - "CloudLinux Manager"

And, as @xpy-xpy said, if you only have access to cPanel you'll need to reach out to your hosting provider to have them increase that limit.
