Is the server on the same network as your "home PC"? If not, then it shouldn't matter where you are. WHat happens when you try to log in somewhere else to Webmail? Does it log in?

Server is remote. I can log in but only send mail when away from home.
This happens to customers also...

Wait, so your customers can only access their webmail from their homes, but not anywhere else? That's the oddest thing I've ever heard since, as long as you're outside the server's local network, it shouldn't matter where you are.

Do you host this server yourself or are you going with a dedicated provider? If so, ask them about this one.

Everybody? That would definately be odd, but it's possible. So everyone's house is open but everywhere else is behind a firewall? :)

Are these new domains? Or, have they been updated recently? I have seen this happen on numerous occasions when some ISPs lag behind on their DNS updates.
