Just received notification from my datacenter and the prices are much lower then yours. I guess you can get lower prices if you buy from a third party.

cPanel License New price in USD
Admin (max 5 accounts) 16.25
Pro (max 30 accounts) 22.50
Plus (max 50 accounts) 32.25
Premier 100 (max 100 accounts) 41.75
Premier 150 (max 150 accounts) 49.00
Premier 200 (max 200 accounts) 63.25
Premier 250 (max 250 accounts) 77.75
+50 Additional Accounts 14.50

I am also considering Plesk but I guess transfer will give me a big headache.

Personally, I've tried many other panels and none come close, so I'll stick with it for now and just pass on the costs to my customers, just like every other sad provider.

I am not happy about these increases though. I think price increases per se are fine, but should be justified, and there appears to be no justification at all. Inflation is coming down, so the cost of living is slowly reducing. That means less wage pressure and lower overheads generally. Will cPanel put our prices down to reflect downward inflation?

In addition, the feature request graveyard of dead projects are salt in the open wound.

Take the HA project for example. It's only been THE most requested feature for over ten years. cPanel announced they'd begun working on it, and then abruptly removed the roadmap and discontinued updates.... Unbelievable and disappointing.

@zodiac9797 care to share the name of this NOC of yours? It's almost half the price!

Datacenters only sell cPanel licenses for their customers, i.e. if they host your dedicated server or VPS you may be able to get cPanel license from them, for lower price.

I agree.

Sure, it's Leaseweb (Leaseweb | Global Hosted Infrastructure (IaaS) and Cloud Solutions). They have DC's in most continents.

This company is arguably the most dishonest in the world. Such behavior seems unimaginable. I can only speculate about the character of the person who runs this company; they could be unscrupulous and greedy. What unpleasant individuals. In addition, due to this drastic price increase, many users are resorting to the use of cracked, null, or shared licenses.
