Not appear weekly or monthly backups

Hi,

I have one server that are doing backups every day, weeks and months, but only appear daily backups in WHM -> Backup Restauration.

The weekly or monthly backups not appear in: WHM -> Backup Restauration.

Why happens this?, is a bug or is normal?. All backups are saved with FTP.

The option Home »Backup »Backup Restoration will show the dates of backups that are only retained on the server itself (available local backups), It won't show the dates for the backups which are stored on the remote server (Additional Destinations).

The backups are in remote server, and the server use FTP for load/get them.

The daily backups are recovered correctly, but not appear the weekly and monthly backups in "Backup Restoration".

If the backups are only in the remote server they don't show up in "Backup Restoration".

I stand corrected, seems they added that in cPanel v.80 already, never noticed that.

If you are using an FTP connection for the remote backups and not seeing everything available that you expect, it would be best to submit a ticket to our team so we can check things on our side. You might also want to try watching the cPanel error log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log while loading the Backup Restoration page to see if there are any obvious errors listed there.
