I have the same problem, I delete the filter and recreate the redirection on the same domain. It is always the same email address that they create as a redirection, and they have already modified the bank account in an email sent from my client to the provider's email and they have even recreated the html signature and it has resulted in paying a fairly high bill. I see that this same case is not isolated as has been mentioned in previous posts.
