Unable to establish master SSH connection Rsync Error

Hello,

I have installed rsync in both servers, I have also added IP in CSF, to my other 2 servers I have added rsync with same settings but in one server when i am adding settings I am getting error.

Error: Validation for transport “Data 1” failed: Can't ssh to data.domain.com: unable to establish master SSH connection: bad password or master process exited unexpectedly at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Transport/Files/Rsync.pm line 260.

Does this server experience the issue have any differences to the other two? There is an improvement case open for the way that we handle rsync as it's requiring full shell access as well as some interactive shell commands. The case ID for that is CPANEL-21358
