Where can I find: awstats_buildstaticpages.pl

Is anyone else using this? I was hoping to use it to add into a cron job to generate a static page in a password protected folder on a single domain so that a client can view his multiple site stats without having to log into cpanel for every single site. All of the places I found with google said it was in the "tools" folder, I cant seem to find that though.

Am I missing something obvious? Can I do the same thing with just the awstats.pl file? Am I supposed to have awstats.pl in two places?
