Whitelist rDNS

There is a very large hosting service provider in my country that has several IP blocks on blacklists but unfortunately as they are large and have many customers we need to adapt to this problem that they do not solve so I would like to know if it is possible to do some configuration in exim that would allow all incoming/outgoing emails from an rDNS wildcard, for example:

IP 1.2.3.4 -> rDNS = 1-2-3-4.provider.com
IP 2.3.4.5 -> rDNS = 2-3-4-5.provider.com

Make a whitelist for *.provider.com, I tried to search the forum for a similar solution but unfortunately I didn't find anything.

As I recall you can only whitelist IPs rather than hostnames

That's correct - there is only IP blocking and whitelisting, as outlined here: Exim Configuration Manager Basic Editor | cPanel & WHM Documentation
