whm alert emails not being delivered

Hi, I am facing a very strange issue as I am not able to receive whm alert emails. I have another separate server and it works fine but somehow I am not able to receive mails from this particular email.

Emails gets in Mails Queue Manager and when i click on Deliver Now i get below error.

Hey there! It seems the mailbox you are trying to send a message to has Greylisting enabled.

Does a further retry attempt work properly? Your server should automatically retry sending that message.

Mails are being delivering fine to gmail id. Looks like receipent server end settings are not accepting whm alerts.
